Candle Care Tips

1. The First Burn Matters
For the best performance, allow your candle to burn for approximately 3 hours the very first time you light it. This helps create an even wax pool and prevents tunneling. For future burns, around 2 hours is ideal.

2. Extinguish with Care
To put out your candle, gently dip the wick into the melted wax using a tool, then straighten it. This helps avoid smoke and keeps your wick primed for the next use. Avoid blowing out your candle, as it can cause smoke and affect air quality.

3. Keep Your Wick Trimmed
Before each burn, trim your wick to around 7mm (¼ inch) using scissors or a wick trimmer. This ensures a clean, even flame and reduces soot build-up.

⚠️ Important Safety Information

  • Never leave a burning candle unattended. Always burn within sight.

  • Keep candles away from flammable objects, drafts, open windows, and fans.

  • Keep out of reach of children and pets.

  • Do not burn for less than 2 hours or more than 4 hours at a time.

  • Stop use when 10mm (½ inch) of wax remains at the bottom of the jar.

  • Never move a candle while it’s burning. Allow wax to cool and solidify before handling.

  • Burn on a flat, heat-resistant surface — the glass may become hot.

  • Never use water to extinguish a candle.

  • Do not use the lid to put out the flame.

  • Discontinue use if the jar is cracked, chipped, or damaged.

  • If the inside of the jar becomes blackened, extinguish the candle, allow it to cool, and wipe clean with a dry paper towel.
