If you would like to burn these candles, please make sure that you use a plate that can withstand heat underneath. Please refer to our candle care card for safety instructions.

Due to the natural nature of soy/pillar wax, there may be slight imperfections and frosting on these candles. These imperfections add to the unique beauty of each candle.

Ingredients

At Catherine Matilda, we use 100% soy and pillar wax which is sourced locally. Soy wax is completely natural and biodegradable.

All our fragrance oils are vegan/cruelty free, nontoxic and do not contain palm oil.

How to use

To ensure a smooth burn, it is recommended to burn all candles for approximately 3 hours before turning them off (first use). After that, around 2 hours is perfect!

Please remember to trim your wicks! Simply use a pair of scissors and ensure the wick is trimmed to 7mm.

If you would like to burn any decor candles, please make sure that you use a plate that can withstand heat underneath.

Refills

Refill any old Catherine Matilda candle jars or any of your favourite candle jars. Please email us for more information.

All candles will be custom poured as soon as you order, so please allow approximately 3 days before your order is sent.

All orders placed locally within postcodes of 2216, 2217, 2218, 2219 may have an option of free delivery.

All Catherine Matilda Products are shipped with Australia Post. We offer Australia Wide Shipping and International Shipping to NZ.

Standard shipping - $15

Express shipping - $18

All orders over $100 will receive free standard shipping (Australia wide only).

New Zealand - $25 flat rate shipping.

Return policy

All Catherine Matilda products are made with care and love. If you unfortunately like to refund or exchange your product, you can do so within 7 days of purchase or from the date you received the product by post (excluding earrings).

Unfortunately, we are not able to refund or exchange any earrings due to hygienic purposes. However, if the item happens to be faulty in any way, please notify us via email and we will be happy to exchange or refund this.

Please keep in mind that all customers bear the costs of returning the item back to us.
